Job Summary:

Impact Solar, a leading solar energy company, is seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Panel

Installation Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for

overseeing the installation of solar panels, wiring, and related components in residential and

commercial properties. If you are passionate about renewable energy and have experience in

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train a team of solar panel installers
• Ensure that installations are completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Conduct site assessments and determine appropriate installation techniques and
• equipment needed
• Coordinate with project managers and other departments to ensure smooth project
• delivery
• Perform quality control inspections and ensure that installations meet company
• standards and specifications
• Manage inventory and ensure that all necessary equipment and supplies are available
• Report progress and provide regular updates to project managers

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in solar panel installation, with at least 2 years in a
• supervisory role
• Electrical experience or certification preferred
• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
• Familiarity with power tools and hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and construction drawings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead a team and provide clear direction and feedback

 *Must be willing to travel around GTA, and on occasion beyond.
